Housing

All students are placed in a shared apartment at $4,680 (currently on your statement of fees) unless you indicate that you would like to pay more for a private room.

Shared living/Shared bedrooms are close to campus and are ideal for students who would like to get to know each other in a shared living environment.

Shared apartments with private bedrooms are spaces where common areas are shared, but the bedrooms remain private. These rooms are $6,000 per term. Once you select this option you will be billed the cost difference and placed in a private room upon.

Dining
Meal plans are required for all students during their semester(s) in housing. All meal plans can be upgraded to include more meals, swipes, and dining dollars once you arrive on campus through Campus Dining. Undergraduate Weekly 5
5 meals per week, $500 dining dollars per semester, 30 meal exchanges per semester.

Graduate Dining Dollar Plan
$1,000 dining dollars for the semester, dollars can be rolled over from Fall to Spring term only.


You will be informed of your final housing placement during the arrival process.

All Cleveland State Global students are required to live in program-managed housing for the first semester of their program.
