On-campus student housing at Bison Run Apartment is available for 12-months leases at a rate of $570.00 per month w/shared bath and $615.00 per month w/private bath . On-campus student housing at Bison Run Apartment is open until June 30th, 2025. Please indicate that you would like to be placed on the waitlist if you are interested in on-campus apartment housing if apply after June 30th, 2025. On-campus housing is not guaranteed unless there is an opening which we will notify the student about. If there are no openings, you have the option of the residence hall housing (shared room at $3015.00 OR double as single room, at $4514.00 per semester). Students also have the option to look for off campus housing on the private rental market of Laramie, and here are links to other off-campus housing resources:

All accommodations feature:

Bison Run – Rent by the Room: Bison Run Village is an on-campus community for graduate students. The town-style apartments are rented by the bedroom and feature a shared kitchen, dining, and living room spaces with single, private rooms and private or semi-private bathrooms.

All Apartments feature:
  • Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
  • Bedframe with mattress (full size), nightstand, dresser, and desk
  • Couch, chair, end table, coffee table, and TV stand
  • Dining table with four chairs
  • Washer and dryer

Shared apartment Options (depending on availability and subject to a 12-month lease from August 15, 2025 – July 31, 2026):
  • Private Bath at $3690.00 per semester
  • Shared Bath at $3420.00 per semester
Bison Run Apartment move in date is August 15, 2025.

Please note that students living in an on-campus apartment will be required to pay a housing application fee of $100.00 and a deposit (to be returned upon move out if not damages are incurred). This is a separate payment not shown on the Statement of Fees provided by Wyoming International. The apartment booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

You will be notified of your housing placement before arrival.

All undergraduate students are required to live in program housing for duration of their program.
