On-campus student housing at Bison Run Apartment is available for 12-months leases at a rate of $540.00 per month. On-campus student housing at Bison Run Apartment is open until June 30th, 2024. Please indicate that you would like to be placed on the waitlist if you are interested in on-campus apartment housing if apply after June 30th, 2024. On-campus housing is not guaranteed unless there is an opening which we will notify the student about. If there are no openings, you have the option of the residence hall housing (shared room OR double as single room, at &2928.00 OR $4080.00 per semester) Students also have the option to look for off campus housing on the private rental market of Laramie, and here are links to other off-campus housing resources::

The Bison Run Village Apartments are an exciting on-campus living community for upper-division students. The townhome-style apartments are rented by the bedroom and feature shared kitchen, dining, and living room spaces with single, private bedrooms and private or semi-private bathrooms.
All accommodations feature:
  • Internet, basic cable & phone service
  • Washer & dryer
  • Microwave
  • Dishwasher
  • Furnished kitchen, including stove/oven & refrigerator
  • Furnished private bedroom with a desk, dresser, nightstand & bed
  • Furnished living room with a couch, chair, end table, coffee table & tv stand/table
  • Basic utilities (water, sewer, trash)
  • A utility allowance for gas & electricity
  • Satellite TV package to watch on & off-campus
  • Access to Community Center which includes a Computer Lab, Community Lounge, Laundry facilities, Mailroom
Please note that students living in an on-campus apartment will be required to pay a housing application fee of 75 USD and a deposit (to be returned upon move out if not damages are incurred). This is a separate payment not shown on the Statement of Fees provided by Wyoming International. The apartment booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

You will be notified of your housing placement before arrival.

All undergraduate students are required to live in program housing for duration of their program.
