GUIDELINES/POLICIES
For applicants that have received a conditional offer letter and would like to defer admissions to the next available semester, an Admissions Officer will process your deferral request and provide you with a new Conditional Offer listing any remaining requirements.
For applicants that have received an I-20, you may request a deferral until 15 days after the program start date on the I-20 issued.
For applicants looking to defer, an updated invoice will be created for the appropriate tuition and fees based on the term they will be attending, even if a deposit is being carried over as tuition is billed for the specific term the student is attending.
Deferral deposits can be carried over for each deferral only in the case of visa denial. For voluntary deferrals, the deposit can only be carried over on the first deferral and after that a new deposit is required.
I agree and accept the guidelines / policies above.
