American Collegiate, LA (ACLA) can only provide airport pickup from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Additionally, ACLA will only provide airport pickup for students arriving at LAX during the weekend (i.e., Saturday and Sunday) prior to Arrival/Check-in Day and on Arrival/Check-in Day. This timeframe is referred to as the “airport pickup window.

American Collegiate, LA (ACLA) Team will only provide airport pickup for students arriving at LAX during the weekend (i.e., Saturday and Sunday) prior to Arrival/Check-in Day and on Arrival/Check-in Day. This timeframe is referred to as the “airport pickup window.” You are indicating that you are arriving prior to the airport pickup window, therefore ACLA Team will not be able to provide you with airport transportation. You will need to arrange your own transportation and accommodation. Please provide the ACLA Team with the name and address of the location you will be staying at and confirm if this will be your permanent residence while studying in Los Angeles. If you are staying with friends or relatives, please provide their names and relation to you, as well.
