Auburn Montgomery Housing Preference Form








'Deposit ID' is the eight (8) digit number found on the third page of your conditional offer letter in the Payment Instruction Section. Be sure to include all zeros at the beginning of the number.



Auburn Montgomery International students have the option for housing located on the Montgomery campus. All students must complete the form below as a condition of their acceptance.


Auburn Montgomery seeks your feedback to place you in housing that is the best fit for your needs and lifestyle. Please submit this Housing Preference Form with the other forms sent with your Conditional Acceptance Packet. We cannot promise we will be able to match each student with their preferred housing option.


If you choose to live in Auburn Montgomery International Housing, please complete the form. Put “1” next to your first choice for housing type. Put “2” next to your second choice for housing type. Put “3” next to your third choice for housing type. Put "4" next to your fourth choice for housing type and so on. Please note if you do not complete and submit this form, you will not be able to access Auburn Montgomery International program housing.


Housing Amenities: All housing options are fully furnished and include cable and WiFi access, in-building laundry, air conditioning, and kitchen access.


Dining Plans: Each housing option comes with a corresponding dining plan. Students living on-campus are charged $600 in dining dollars per semester. Students living off-campus are charged $100 in dining dollars per semester. 

*Summer meal plans are optional, and students will not be charged unless they specifically request dining services.

Please note housing for Fall is limited and your preference is not guaranteed. Students will be assigned the option that is available Students may need to move housing between the Fall and Spring semesters.

The Commons 4 Bedroom (The Commons is an apartment complex located on campus. This option offers a furnished four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for four students)

The Courtyards Double (This option offers a furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom efficiency apartment for two students. This option does not include a living room)

The Courtyards Private (The Courtyards is an apartment complex located on campus. This option offers a furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom efficiency apartment for one student or married family)

The Courtyards Semi-Private (The Courtyards is an apartment complex located on campus. This option offers a furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom efficiency apartment for two students or married family)

Warhawk Hall 1 Bedroom (Warhawk Hall is an upscale apartment complex located on campus. This option offers a furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for one student)

Warhawk Hall 2 Bedroom (Warhawk Hall is an upscale apartment complex located on campus. This option offers a furnished two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for two students)
